1. Fill out the application on the website.
2. Confirm the exchange terms and check the details.
3. Make the payment according to the instructions.
4. Wait for the application to be completed and the "Exchange completed" status to appear.

The amount to be received is fixed if the rate deviation does not exceed 0.3%.

• 💸 When returning cryptocurrency, a network commission is withheld.
• 📈 The rate is oriented towards Binance, CoinMarketCap and Forex.
• ⏳ The final rate is fixed after the funds are credited.

We conduct mandatory AML-check of all transactions. Funds from darknets, mixers and prohibited services will be frozen until KYC is completed.

• 🏦 Transfers to bank accounts in UAH are made using IBAN details. The term of crediting is from 15 minutes to 12 hours, in rare cases - up to 3 business days.
• 📌 The exchange rate is fixed for 60 minutes after the application is created
• ⏳ If the funds are not received within the specified time, the application can be cancelled or recalculated at the current rate.
• 📥 Funds are considered received only after confirmation in the network and actual crediting to our wallet.
• 🕐 The support service works daily from 10:00 to 22:00 (UTC+3). Applications created outside the schedule are processed in the morning.
