Processing time: usually from 12 to 120 hours. In rare cases, payment may take longer. On weekends and public holidays, processing time may increase — please check with support if needed.
Final payments: once the payment is successfully sent, it cannot be reversed. Any issues after funds are credited to your PayPal account (limitations, checks, holds, etc.) are the recipient’s responsibility. Refunds are strictly prohibited, as they may lead to loss of funds or additional charges.
Partial payments: a single order may be completed using multiple transactions.
Fees: no additional fees are charged by our service. All commissions are already included in the exchange rate. You will receive exactly the amount shown in the “Receive” field.
Payment method: by default, payments are sent as Friends & Family (FnF). Upon request or if FnF is unavailable, we can send the payment as Goods & Services (GS). Please note that PayPal may deduct its own fee for GS payments — this is outside our control.
Verified accounts only: payments can be made only to verified PayPal accounts.
.ru / .by domains: payments to PayPal accounts with “.ru” or “.by” domains are not supported. If an order is created with such a domain, a refund will be issued minus the service refund fee.
